We had taken Lillian and Stella to Colorado after Christmas in 2018. They were 2 and 18mos, respectively. They had never seen snow and still talk about how they built a snow man with their daddy. Every morning I make myself and Matt this smoothie for breakfast. I love that it is a great way to start our day, full serving of veggies, greens, fruit, tons of protein and healthy fats. Last year my sister-in-law suggested we do an adults only trip to celebrate her husbands’ 40th birthday. Honestly, I didn’t think it would ever happen. Between the 3 couples going there are 8 kids to account for, and did I mention we were bringing one set of grandparents of said children on this trip? But, where there is a will, there is a way.
